Message	I would walk away from anyplace that suggest painting a bumper on the car. Thats pure laziness and will always be inferior to removing it. Wet sanding and buffing is a bandaid for poor paintwork in this case. Not an ineffective bandaid, but I wouldn't be thrilled. Antihero
